When you need a hired gun to execute

your project, I’m your person.

Creator of beautiful spaces.
Unflappable problem solver.
Purpose-driven leader.
(And wickedly funny.)

I’m Gabby Rosi. I’m a retail thought-leader and strategic thinker with more than 20 years of experience in retail design, almost all of that with Whole Foods Market, where I designed and opened more than 70 stores in the U.S. and Canada. I’ve also managed a multidisciplinary team of over 65 domestic and India-based designers, architects, and engineers to deliver comprehensive, top-quality solutions for global brands. Today, I’m bringing my multidisciplinary mojo to work as a project advisor, helping brands on a mission to create and build physical environments that shine (and make money).

Call me a “Jane of All Trades.” I’ve learned that the only way to get projects done well is to be agile and an epically great collaborator and relationship builder. Lots of people say that’s my strong suit. My other strength? Making work fun. Because if you’re not having fun while you’re working hard, what’s the point, right?

I live in Oakland, CA, with my husband and our daughter. When I’m not working, I love exploring the beauty that is in the Bay Area, checking out the latest food trucks (re: eating), and visiting independent retailers (re: shopping).

One of the best compliments I’ve ever received was from
John Mackey, founder of Whole Foods Market,
after he toured the new Santa Clara store:

“All of our stores should be like this.”

Let’s get this project started.
