Allegro Coffee Company | Berkeley, CA

In response to the production and distribution zoning requirements of a previous industrial building, we partnered with Allegro Coffee Roasters (ACR), a subsidiary of Whole Foods Market, to design and build a full-production coffee roaster and third-wave coffee bar on Gilman St, in Berkeley, CA. Oversaw concept development, schematic layout, and design documents. Highlights include furniture built by local artisans using 2 40’ wood trusses that were removed as part of the demolition.
